Job Title: Truck Driver

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and maintain the vehicle, including performing brake adjustments and inspecting tires, lights, and brakes
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and ensure it is in good working order
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks)
  • Valid passport
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel for extended periods and overnight
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
