About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner, Light Duty to join our team at Pridemark Business Solutions Inc. as a Janitorial Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping Floors: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris, using a variety of cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish floors and surfaces to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Stocking and Organization: Stock linen closets and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Disinfecting and Sanitizing: Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces, including operating rooms and other areas, to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
  • General Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
