Position Overview:

The Senior Software Developer will be instrumental in guiding our software development team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional software products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in team leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain scalable and resilient applications utilizing .NET, Blazor, and EF Core.
  • Implement ETL methodologies to effectively manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Architect and construct microservices-based solutions to improve system modularity and maintainability.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Clean Code principles and best practices in software engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Conduct code evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical challenges promptly.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer or in a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, Blazor, and EF Core.
  • Expertise in ETL processes and associated tools.
  • Experience with Clean Code architecture and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a software development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Multi-Dimensional databases (UniVerse).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
