About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at Garg Properties Ltd. as a key member of our construction and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training

No formal education is required for this role, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Work Experience

Previous experience in a related field is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Work Setting

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Tasks and Duties
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt according to specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a smooth and even surface.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring they are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, taking necessary precautions to prevent harm.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Required Tools and Equipment

The successful candidate will be required to provide their own steel-toed safety boots, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
