Your Opportunity
Our Domestic Tax team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our tax professionals and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
- Applying specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
- Providing technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments, and ensuring quality control standards are in place.
- Identifying and developing strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations, and reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.
- Building positive working relationships with clients and providing effective support for engagements.
- Engaging in training staff and investing in the professional development of your team.

Your Experience and Education
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program and/or Master's in Tax.
- At least 7 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
- An extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A team-oriented approach with a focus on client service and quality in detailed work.
