  • Responsible for budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $8,000,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources effectively to support organizational policies and initiatives
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior management
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or approve relevant policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff to optimize working conditions
  • Oversee project management initiatives
  • Design and implement business solutions through information systems
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; approve promotional strategies and human resources planning
