TPG Technology Consulting Ltd is actively seeking a qualified IT Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity through one of our Government of Canada Supply Arrangements.
Our client within the Government of Canada is in need of a skilled professional to support the comprehensive analysis, development, testing, and maintenance of solutions aligned with various initiatives.
If you are interested in this contract opportunity, please ensure you meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience across all stages of the systems development life cycle, including the documentation of business requirements, systems analysis, project design, development, and testing.
- At least four (4) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working on an IBM Mainframe platform.
- Over four (4) years of experience in analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements in collaboration with clients, IT stakeholders, and development teams.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with COBOL and/or CICS development.
- Experience in COBOL mainframe development environments interfacing with DB2 relational databases.
- Proficiency in design and development using tools such as TSO, JCL, MQ Series, SQL, Expediter, Strobe, Workbench, and SDFII.
- Possession of a Government of Canada Reliability clearance.
