Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and restricted range of motion.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical judgment.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to accurately document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Oversee treatment provided by Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team within the clinic.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students as preferred.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and client referral sources.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment.
