As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Acute Medicine and Critical Care programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and safety of patient care in Acute Medicine and Critical Care.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to managers, staff, and physicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
  • Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Registration: Registered with a regulatory college.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong clinical and administrative leadership skills, project management skills, and knowledge of budgets and fiscal accountability.
