Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of transportation professionals to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support transportation operations.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, organized, and team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
