Position Overview

Primary Duties
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables
  • Sanitize and clean items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Prepare take-out food for customers
  • Measure and package food items
  • Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of basic food items
  • Serve patrons at counters or buffet setups
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed
  • Take and process customer orders
  • Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
