Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in the North Area. As a full-time nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans with patients and their families
  • Provide nursing services to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
