Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Pahra Transportation Ltd is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Safely: Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload cargo at designated locations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Conduct regular pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Communicate Effectively: Relay information to central dispatch and record cargo details, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
  • Ensure Cargo Security: Tarp and secure cargo to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in long-haul trucking.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
