We are a progressive, modern dental practice seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant/Float/Sterilization Specialist. Our clinic is patient-centered, and we prioritize building strong relationships with our patients based on trust and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment.
- Float between various areas of the clinic, including front desk, sterilization, and treatment rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Previous dental experience, preferably in a general practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new procedures and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assisting certification an asset.
