Position: Security Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security measures at our facility.

Compensation: $28.38/hour

This role involves rotational shifts, including both day and night schedules.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Security License.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute emergency notifications as required by site protocols.
  • Guide and instruct team members in their duties.
  • Cross-train staff to enhance versatility and operational efficiency.
  • Provide management with recommendations for productivity and cost-saving measures.
  • Advise on personnel actions for team members under direct supervision.
  • Oversee training for security personnel assigned to the shift.
  • Ensure service quality and compliance by regularly assessing security staff performance.
  • Conduct daily operations, including mobile and foot patrols, as well as audits.
