- Participation aux activités éducatives : la capacité de participer aux activités éducatives, telles que les jeux, les activités manuelles et les sorties, est essentielle.
- Appui à l'éducatrice ou l'éducateur : la capacité de fournir un appui à l'éducatrice ou l'éducateur dans la réalisation de ses tâches éducatives est importante.
- Gestion des élèves : la capacité de gérer les élèves et de les motiver à participer aux activités éducatives est essentielle.
- Communication avec les parents : la capacité de communiquer de manière claire et concise avec les parents est importante.
- Certificat collégial d'un an en Aide-éducateur à la petite enfance : la capacité de démontrer une bonne maîtrise des compétences éducatives et de la gestion des élèves est essentielle.
- Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience : la capacité de démontrer une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'éducation est importante.
