About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara VITAM Cleaning Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for someone who can identify and develop the skills of our cleaning staff, providing them with the training and support they need to excel in their roles.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for identifying areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommending these to our management team.

Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for creating and managing work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are fair and efficient.

Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Experience

You will need to have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Secondary School Graduation Certificate

You will need to have a secondary school graduation certificate, or equivalent.

Work Language: English

You will need to be fluent in English, as this is the primary language used in our organization.

30 Hours per Week

You will be required to work 30 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
