As a Food Operations Supervisor at Panago Pizza, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food quality.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This position is based in a fast-paced setting, such as a restaurant or fast food outlet, where you will be expected to stand for extended periods and engage in walking activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Kitchen and food service helpers
The ideal candidate will be a team player, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
