About the Role

Raqz Premium Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our commercial and residential facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpets and upholstery, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support each other in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: No formal education required, but training provided.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking facilities, fast-paced environment, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, crouch, and stand for long periods.
  • Transportation: Must have own transportation and valid driver's license.
