Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough failure analysis on broadcast electronic products to identify root causes of failures.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to replicate and diagnose customer return issues.
- Repair and refurbish products to ensure they meet quality standards before being returned to customers.
- Collaborate with design teams to provide insights for design improvements and enhance product reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive failure analysis reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and customers as required.
- Assist quality assurance and production teams in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of customer return issues.
- Diploma or certification in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in failure analysis of electronic products is an asset.
- Solid understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
