**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prevent theft, mischief, and fraud.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Observe and greet customers, approaching situations with a customer-first mindset.
- Conduct security audits of the building and assets.
- Perform arrests, ask to pays, and product recoveries.
- Document all evidence and type clear and concise reports as required.
**Requirements:**
- A valid BC Security Worker's Licence with Security Guard endorsement.
- Solid decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions under difficult circumstances.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
- Valid Advanced Security Training/AST (considered an asset).
- Fluency in a second language (considered an asset).
- Open availability (considered an asset).
