Retail Store Manager

Mac's Convenience Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers, apprentices, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of goods.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are working in accordance with company policies.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
