We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our team at The Rimrock. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and assign tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support team members with service, buffet, and table maintenance, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Quality-check food from the kitchen and expedite food orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Perform service bar duties, providing excellent beverage service.
  • Be prepared to answer questions regarding restaurant menus, hotel facilities, and the surrounding area.
  • Follow Health & Safety program and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Alberta ProServe Certification.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using a POS machine and handling cash.
