Customer Service Order Specialist

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days at home, accountable for order management and customer service excellence. The primary point of contact for customers, responsible for communication from order to fulfillment, working with Sales and Supply Chain to fulfill customer orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing strong service for key accounts and distributors
  • Receive, expedite and accurately process to completion all sales orders
  • Coordinate, confirm and communicate all deliveries to the customers
  • Work with customers, sales representatives, production and distribution to effectively fulfill customer requirements
  • Run daily open order reports and monthly billing due list processing to ensure all pending orders and invoices are captured
  • Resolve order and delivery problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide customers with technical information and make product and packaging recommendations
  • Manage accounts with special requirements to ensure a strong customer experience
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in an order-management, customer service-related role
  • Experience in end-to-end order management role is preferred
  • Post secondary education is preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Exceptionally strong customer service focus
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French languages is an asset
