Flexographic Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at Regency Plastics Company Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Press Operation: Operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Press Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on presses, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Material Handling: Handle and store materials, including plates, cylinders, and ink, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with press crew members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: The work site environment is noisy and may involve odors.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Organized and a team player.
The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
