Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP specialist to lead our business's SAP system integration at IMW Industries dba Clean Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consulting with senior management to determine our business needs, evaluating the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Needs Analysis: Determine business requirements through consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • SAP Solution Deployment: Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize performance.
  • SAP System Support: Provide SAP system support and end-user training.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Perform rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
  • Solution Selection and Implementation: Assist the company in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
  • Project Management: Manage SAP IT Solution implementations, including budget, resources, and timeline planning in accordance with the group IT Department.
  • Proposal Writing: Write proposals and Statements of Work.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Lead assessments and explain requirements. Write deliverable reports and present findings.
  • Test Support: Support project organization for integration- and user acceptance tests.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in providing technical solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, and Ongoing operations).
  • Functional and Business Process Expertise: Experience in providing functional and business process expertise and participating in design activities and a gap analysis prior to the implementation.
  • SAP Supply Chain and Logistic Module Implementations: Experience in delivery SAP Supply Chain and Logistic module implementations in client engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Specialization in project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous. SAP-accredited certification is preferred. At least 2-5 years experience as an SAP specialist or consultant in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration. Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proven experience in system troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into ERP solutions. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IT security best practices.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to operate computers and office equipment; use vision and hearing to deal with communication and office materials.
Language:
  • Strong written (report writing and email) and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact with all areas of the Company. Italian would be an asset.
Computer Skills:
  • 2-5 years SAP experience in consulting on SAP ECC or S4 HANA. Knowledge of SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience.
