We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nutrition services to patients, outpatients, and long-term care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based nutrition interventions
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and healthcare staff
- Provide expert advice on menu planning and food service operations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition practice guidelines

Requirements:
