We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
