Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Bar Sofia. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
  • Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items, making recommendations to guests and ensuring accuracy in orders.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Follow all procedures for handling cash, credit card transactions, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of serving experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart Serve Certification required.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
