About the Role

Pier Solutions is seeking an experienced Bridge Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and providing technical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide technical services, including writing technical reports and reviewing proposals and estimates
  • Develop and manage project schedules, materials, and subcontractors
  • Manage client communication and resolve issues and complaints
  • Build relationships with new clients and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers
  • Implement corporate policies and processes
Requirements
  • Civil engineering degree with a P.Three
  • At least three years of project management and/or bridge engineering experience
  • CAPM designation or equivalent
  • Construction/carpentry experience is considered an asset
  • Specialized training in timber structures is considered an asset
