About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at NAGRA ACCOUNTING INC. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as tax returns and trial balances.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledgers and financial statements.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
