Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in luxury performance lifestyle brands.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on brand initiatives and product offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey by efficiently processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
