Job Title: Pilot Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Instructor to join our team at Canadian Helicopters.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ground school lectures to students.
  • Conduct FTD lessons and provide hands-on training to pilots.
  • Perform maintenance test flights as required.
Qualifications:
  • Licence:
    • TC Commercial Pilot's Licence;
    • Foreign Commercial Pilot's Licence;
    • current/former RCAF helicopter pilot; or
    • current/former foreign military qualification;
  • B206 and/or B412 endorsement are an asset;
  • Multi-engine rotary-wing experience an asset;
  • Able to obtain a TC medical for flying positions (non-flying positions do not require a TC medical);
  • TC Instructor Rating;
    • This requirement is waived for former RCAF pilots and foreign military instructors in certain specific circumstances:
  • TC Class IV Instrument Rating and Night Vision Goggle experience preferable;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, French language skills an asset;
