Experienced Technicians Wanted

Budds' Group is seeking skilled technicians to join our team at various locations across Southern Ontario. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company that values integrity and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles
  • Communicate with shop foreman and service advisor to discuss repairs and additional service requests
  • Plan work procedures and provide labor time estimates
  • Maintain adherence to dealership policies and procedures
  • Complete documentation for client repairs and assist in mentoring technician trainees
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and federal, provincial, and local regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and valid Technician license
  • Valid Driver's License
  • ODP Certified

Compensation:

We offer a competitive flat rate system based on qualifications, with benefits included after a probationary period.
