Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
