Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Centre Clerk Prince Albert. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of internal and external exams, ensuring the security and integrity of these exams.Key Responsibilities
- Administer internal and external exams, maintaining the security and integrity of these exams.
- Issue invoices and collect fees according to financial protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and external clientele.
- Book accommodated exams for equity students in a confidential manner.
- Troubleshoot IT issues during online exams.
- Contribute to the compilation of statistical data and reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure records management and confidentiality protocols are followed.
- Build a strong knowledge base of online booking systems.
- Respond to instances of academic misconduct in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform common office procedures, such as operating office equipment, filing, distributing mail, photocopying, and receptionist duties.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of recent, relevant experience working in an office environment using computerized office equipment.
- Ability to earn and maintain multiple individual certifications and re-certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize multiple IT platforms and programs.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to uphold policies and procedures, even in difficult situations.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and independent judgment.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.
