We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assess customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
• Present merchandise, highlighting key features and benefits
• Contribute to the merchandising of products in your department, including visual displays and signage
• Stay informed about new products and their technical applications
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by staying informed about promotions and flyers
• Work in accordance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety

• Experience in a similar sales role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
