About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Consultant to join our team at AST LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions, including HCM Cloud, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support project implementation and delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with current Benefits experience in a client-facing, functional consulting role.
  • Minimum of 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations solely focused on Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL, and/or other HCM Cloud modules is ideal.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL is highly preferred.
  • Cross-functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (ORC, Time & Labor, Payroll) is a plus.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Prior experience leading a project team in a delivery role is required.
  • Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience is highly preferred, but Private Sector experience is also considered.
