Trent University is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to lead the execution and delivery of project and operational excellence initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee and implement multiple continuous improvement transformation initiatives at the department, multi-department, and enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT clients to understand and document their current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using best practices and digital transformation.
- Develop clear requirements to help IT create forward-looking solutions that meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
- Lead projects from conceptualization through implementation, including analysis, requirements elicitation, technical design, build, and deploy.
- Manage key strategic internal/external client relationships with project stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional and technical teams to drive project objectives, goals, priorities, and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
