At POWER ONE ELECTRICALS LTD., we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Construct Electrical Systems: Design and construct single-phase and multiphase electrical services for single or multimeter installations.
  • Install and Repair Electrical Controls: Install and repair electrical controls and panel boxes, including underground wiring and cables.
  • Troubleshoot and Isolate Faults: Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults, and conduct preventive maintenance programs.
  • Work with Apprentices: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on electrical systems and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials for electrical projects, and renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for electrical projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
