Job Title: Product Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Planner to join our team at Honda Canada. As a Product Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the strategic growth of our telematics business and driving profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose future telematics products to meet Canadian market needs and maximize sales and profitability objectives.
  • Support new product launches from a telematics perspective, including user acceptance testing.
  • Confirm accuracy, authorize, and construct product-related publications and presentation materials for other departments.
  • Stay intimately familiar with assigned telematics products and its competitors.
  • Internal and external business reporting with respect to enrollments and subscriptions.
  • Invoice processing for Honda Canada telematics.

Requirements:

  • Completed post-secondary degree specializing in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of automotive experience.
  • Product Planning experience and/or Field experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence Senior Executives and Engineers through effective communications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
