Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and proactive Senior Business Analyst to be part of our Expert team dedicated to serving clients in North America. In this dynamic role, the Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in guiding internal client teams, which include consultants and other experts, in executing Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects across various clients within specific industries or functions.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Leading multiple client projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with consultants and experts.
- Strategic Planning: Acting as a thought partner by developing rigorous strategies and approaches, including market research and data analysis to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Client Engagement: Maintaining daily communication with project teams, sharing insights, updates, and seeking feedback to enhance project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality deliverables through meticulous project management and attention to detail.
- Candidate Research: Identifying and prioritizing potential candidates through comprehensive research and leveraging internal and external resources.
- Documentation: Creating high-quality client materials, including candidate profiles, role specifications, and progress reports.
Business Development:
- Implementing business development initiatives in collaboration with the Infrastructure Practice leader.
- Partnering with client teams to create tailored pitch presentations and business development materials.
- Proactively driving business development activities, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities.
Knowledge Management:
- Contributing to the firm's knowledge management by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the Infrastructure sector.
- Staying informed about market developments to position the team for success.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, consulting, or project planning.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure segments such as energy, communications, and transportation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in the executive search industry.
- Proven ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
