Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they are aware of all food safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demand.
