Fitness Instructors Wanted for SoulCycle

About the Role
SoulCycle is seeking highly motivated and experienced Studio Cycling Instructors to join our team at our Vancouver location.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy cycling classes to our members, ensuring an exceptional experience in every ride.
- Modify class intensity as needed to cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
- Monitor exercise intensity throughout the class, providing real-time feedback and support.
- Ensure classes start and end on time, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide technical and mechanical support to members on the bike, enhancing their overall experience.
- Teach regular classes, minimizing subbing and ensuring consistent quality.
- Communicate effectively with the Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing.
Requirements
- Current cycling certification.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications for diverse populations.
- Eagerness to learn and continue professional development and education.
- Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality.
