The Veterinary Medical Leader at BC - Lincoln Animal Hospital serves as a pivotal figure in ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care. As a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and the designated registrant for the practice, this role emphasizes clinical excellence while also providing essential medical guidance to the team. The Veterinary Medical Leader will engage primarily in clinical duties, dedicating approximately 5 - 10% of their time to leadership responsibilities.
