Rôle
L'Analyste, chaîne d'approvisionnement – planificateur(trice) est responsable de la planification et de l'approvisionnement d'un ou plusieurs départements. Son rôle principal est de planifier et hiérarchiser les opérations pour assurer des performances maximales et des délais minimums.
- Responsable du plan d'approvisionnement optimal pour les produits finis afin de répondre au niveau de service et aux objectifs de coûts.
- Planifier et gérer l'approvisionnement des matières premières. Optimiser les réceptions en fonction des requis de la production, des niveaux d'inventaire et du fonds de roulement.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de finance, de fabrication, de R&D, de planification, de l'équipe S&OP, et de logistique, pour livrer et rendre compte de la performance opérationnelle.
- Gérer les routines de variance par rapport à l'analyse AOP / LE. Maintenir les fichiers et de rapports de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Veiller à ce que des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires soient conformes et fournis dans les délais requis.
- Participer aux routines de qualification et d'introduction de nouvelles matières.
- Identifier et réaliser des initiatives de réduction des coûts. Diriger la mise en œuvre de projets d'amélioration de la rentabilité. Participer à l'implantation des programmes d'amélioration continue afin de rencontrer les objectifs. Assurer le suivi des procédures à la planification.
- S'assurer que les paramètres de planification soient optimisés et respectés tout en soutenant l'amélioration continue de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Gérer des projets complexes aux côtés du marketing, de la R&D et de la fabrication.
- Évaluer et gérer la capacité de l'usine à long terme pour répondre à la demande future.
- Monitorer les indicateurs clés de performance pour assurer l'atteinte des résultats.
Compétences requises
- 5 années d'expérience dans des fonctions reliées à la planification.
- BAC en gestion des opérations ou combinaison d'études connexes et expérience pertinente.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite & bilinguisme (anglais et français).
- Aisance dans un environnement de travail rapide et dynamique. Axé sur les résultats, l'amélioration continue et la performance vous passionne.
- Habiletés démontrées en matière de rigueur dans l'exécution, sentiment d'urgence, capacité d'analyse, sens de l'organisation, débrouillardise et autonomie.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Office et du système SAP.
- Expérience au niveau du financement dans tous les domaines des opérations commerciales (fabrication, logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement, approvisionnement) – un atout.
