CEDA is actively seeking Operators for our operations.

Flexibility is essential; applicants must be adaptable as work conditions may vary daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain combo, semi-vac, super B, tri-quad, and pressure truck equipment along with various specialized tools
  • Perform tasks safely at heights up to 40 feet in a physically demanding role
  • Safely enter small vessels and tanks using industrial cleaning equipment – our experienced team is here to assist
  • Conduct minor maintenance and inspections on equipment
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property
  • Deliver quality services to our clients
  • Collaborate as part of a team and follow supervisory directions
  • Acquire new skills daily by rigging in and out specialized equipment
  • Leave work sites in better condition than found, ensuring cleanliness and safety
  • Transport hoses, PPE, and tools to job sites
  • Complete necessary documentation for projects and tasks
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 license with no more than 5 demerits in the past 3 years
  • A natural inclination for driving; manual transmission should be manageable, and you will excel in CEDA's driver assessment
  • 1+ years of experience in an industrial setting with pressure and vacuum equipment is preferred
  • H2S Alive and CSO (Common Safety Orientation or CSTS-09) certifications are required
  • Confined Space - Entry & Monitor, Elevated Work Platform, and Supervisor Ground Disturbance Level II certifications are advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided

  • Strong mechanical skills
  • A safety-oriented mindset regarding personnel and equipment
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing multiple flights of stairs and lifting equipment (capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly)
