About the Role

Vespa-Packaging Engineers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Machinist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machine tools to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and products.
  • Quality Control: Verify dimensions of parts and products using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments and machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, and maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work.
