Job Summary:The Grounds Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance activities, maintaining work records and logs, and repairing and maintaining equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise 1-2 team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Steel-toed safety boots and gloves.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
- Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.

- Permanent work term with 40-50 hours per week.
