Job Title: Guest Services Team Lead - Operations

Capbridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Team Lead to join our Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our Guest Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services Operations: Assist Operations Supervisors in daily operational procedures, fulfill guest-facing positions, and maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Leadership: Step into a supervisory role as required, assist leadership team, and ensure daily rotations are accurate. Provide feedback to Operations Supervisors and Assistant Operations Manager on departmental operations and team performances.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety requirements are followed, report hazards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 full season experience in a Guest Services role.
  • POS experience and knowledge of Galaxy system an asset.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and contribute positively.
  • Occupational First Aid, level 1, 2 or 3, a strong asset.
  • Second Language is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Required to be on feet for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs and climb a step ladder or step stool.
